The IABLS Automatic L-Bar Sealer | Shrink Wrap Machine uses a belt to belt transfer system together with a synchronized film advance to transfer product from the in feed belt into the l bar sealing area. The IABLS automatic l bar sealer is a production sealing machine capable of speeds up to 35 packages per minute - depending on package size and configuration.
 
 Features
The operator interface panel provides an easy to use menu which allows changes to the speed, acceleration, deceleration and timing functions of the in feed, discharge and film motors.
DC brushless servo drive motors allow the conveyor and film drives to be started and stopped at high rates of speed.
The in feed conveyor is designed to slide forward to bridge the opening required by the sealing head.
Safety features allow the machine to shut down when there is a film break or run out, the guard is open or when a package is caught in the sealing jaws.
The sealing head is a hot knife system with independent digital temperature controllers for the side and front.
Adjustable film inverting head.
