Medium Duty Gravity Roller Conveyor

Economical conveyor system used in permanent operations conveying light to medium packages.

Wecon's 1.9" diameter medium duty gravity roller conveyor is used in permanent installations. It provides an economical means of carrying lightweight to medium weight packages. Wecon Conveyor lines are well suited to a wide array of conveyor applications in: shipping, distribution, packaging assembly, production lines and for situations where a powered conveyor is not required.
 
 Specifications
Wecon Gravity Roller Conveyor Frame: 3 ½" deep, 10 gauge formed steel with welded cross members.
Gravity Rollers: 1.9" diameter, 16 gauge galvanized steel tubing. Greased packed ball bearings both ends.
Gravity Roller Axles: 7/16" hex spring loaded hex axle spaced on 2", 3", 4 ½", 6", 8", 9" or 12" centers.
Roller Conveyor Lengths: 5' and 10' standard, with custom lengths available.
Gravity Roller Conveyor Widths: 12", 15", 18", 21" and 30" overall. Custom widths available.
Conveyor Curves: 30°, 45°, 60° and 90°, with 36" inside radius.
