On January 1st, 2011 Crawford Packaging purchased both Provincial Paper and Star Packaging Equipment. We are pleased to announce that all three operations will be coming together under one name and one system as of October 1st 2011. The new name will be Crawford Provincial.

To ensure we are focused on our customers’ needs, the company will have two divisions: 

1. Supply Line - Selling packaging and facility supplies
2. Packaging Equipment - Selling packaging equipment and also factory trained service

FAQ

1. Will I phone/fax the same number to submit an order?
   Yes, our phone numbers are not changing.
2. Will I speak to the same customer service person?
   You can count on the same helpful customer service representatives you have come to know.
3. Do I have to set up a new vendor?
   While it is preferable that you change the vendor name to Crawford Provincial, this will depend on your internal routines. The legal company is not changing just the trading name.
4. Where do we submit payment?
   Payments should be submitted to head office at:
   3036 Page Street, London, On N5V 4P2
5. Will email addresses change?
   Email addresses will change to:
   first initial last name@cpsupplyline.com  or
   first initial last name @cppackagingequipment.com
   ALL email sent to old email addresses will automatically be forwarded to the new email address.
6. Will I have the same delivery?
   We will continue to deliver on our own trucks where possible from two warehouses – one in the GTA and one in London.
